So, how does the staging process work?

To assess your home’s readiness for being listed on the market and to give you a game plan for improving its presentation, Staging Coach offers a Consultation visit with follow-up written report. There is a flat fee for this service. • purchasing of items (within budget provided by homeowner) that are recommended by Staging Coach for showcasing the home (e.g., fresh towels, lighting fixtures, accessories); any professional discounts received from vendors are passed along to homeowner

  • showcasing of the home – actual furniture placement, use of accessories, etc.
